How much does it cost to work with us?

One of the first questions new clients ask us is "How much will it cost?" It’s a fair question, and we believe in full transparency when it comes to pricing. So, let’s break down how our pricing structure at Butlers works.


Our Pricing Structure


Our fees vary depending on the level of service you need and your specific requirements. For a sole trader, our services start from around £30 per month, while limited companies typically invest from £100 per month for full compliance packages.

More complex businesses requiring additional support such as bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, or management accounts will see fees adjusted accordingly by adding separately priced service lines to their proposal package.  Our pricing proposals are broken down line by line by service, invoiced monthly, and paid by monthly instalment by direct debit which ensures you spread your cashflow through out the year.


Smaller service packages of less than £250 per annum can be billed when completed and paid thereafter if you prefer.
